Background/Objectives: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº º¹ºÎ ºê·¹ÀÌ½Ì ¿îµ¿°ú º¹ºÎ ÇÒ·ÎÀ× ¿îµ¿À» °á ÇÕÇÑ ¿äºÎ ¾ÈÁ¤È ¿îµ¿ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ 20´ë Á¤»ó¼ºÀÎÀÇ Æó±â´É¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ°ú Èí¿¬ÀÚ¿Í ºñÈí ¿¬ÀÚ¸¦ ºñ±³ÇÏ¿© ±× Â÷À̸¦ ¾Ë¾Æº¸°íÀÚ ÇÏ´Â µ¥ ÀÖ´Ù.
Methods/Statistical analysis: À̸¦ À§ÇØ 20´ë Á¤»ó¼ºÀÎÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î Èí¿¬Áý´Ü(n=16)°ú ºñ Èí¿¬Áý´Ü(n=16) µÎ ±×·ìÀ¸·Î ¸ðÁýÇÏ¿© µ¿ÀÏÇÑ ÁßÀ縦 ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù.
Findings: Èí¿¬Áý´ÜÀº Áý´Ü ³» ±â°£ Áö³²¿¡ µû¶ó Æó±â´É ¿äÀÎ Áß FVC°ú FEV1/FVC¸¦ Á¦ ¿ÜÇÑ FEV1°ú PEF°¡ ¿îµ¿ Àüº¸´Ù À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù(p<.05). ºñÈí¿¬Áý´Ü¿¡¼ ±â°£ Áö³²¿¡ µû¶ó Æó±â´É ¿äÀÎ Áß FVC°ú PEF¸¦ Á¦¿ÜÇÑ FEV1, FEV1/FVC°¡ ¿îµ¿ Àüº¸´Ù À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô Áõ°¡ÇÏ ¿´´Ù(p<.05).

Background/Objectives: This study is to compare the effects of a lumbar stabilization exercise program combining abdominal bracing exercise and hollowing exercise on lung function of smokers and non-smokers in their 20s.
Methods/Statistical analysis: The same intervention was performed by recruiting normal adults in their 20s into a smoking group and a non-smoker group.
Findings: In the smoking group, FEV1 and PEF, excluding FVC and FEV1/FVC, among the lung function factors increased significantly compared to before exercise (p<.05). In the non-smokers group, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC, excluding FVC and PEF, among lung function factors increased significantly compared to before exercise (p<.05).
Improvements/Applications: The lumbar stabilization exercise program combining abdominal bracing and abdominal hollowing exercise was effective in improving lung function in both groups.
